Painswick
£169.00
This print features the little town of Painswick in the heart of the Cotswolds in rural Gloucestershire. The town was properly established on the wool trade with many of its buildings once used as weavers workshops. The town is now most famous for its iconic churchyard with impressively pruned yew trees and the Rococco Gardens on the outskirts. Evidence of a settlement being here dates back to the Iron Age as seen in the area surrounding the Painswick Beacon lying above the town in the back of this print.
This print is sold as one of a limited edition of 50. Each print is hand signed, named and numbered in a 5cm white border.
This print measures 42 x 29.7cm
